Albireo Energy is seeking a Director of Operations to lead its Mission Critical division, building scalable processes, teams, and leadership capacity across geographies. The role requires deep data center operations knowledge, strong financial discipline, and exceptional execution.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive safety, quality, and profitability while shaping the organization for sustainable growth in a high-demand market.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years leading large, geographically dispersed teams with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in BAS/HVAC controls industry; data center experience preferred.
• Direct experience executing data center projects and operating in data centers.
• Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and organizational capacity.
• Strong skills in resource planning and capacity management.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and rapid change.
• Strong technical credibility in mission critical infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
