Albireo Energy is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale its Mission Critical division across geographies. This role demands strong leadership, talent development, financial discipline, and execution excellence to drive growth in data-center environments.

You will build leadership capacity, establish scalable operating practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes for data center owners and operators.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading operations in mission critical environments, with data center experience preferred.
• Direct experience executing mission critical projects and operating safely.
• Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in building leaders and organizational capacity.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and changing environments.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
