You will drive negotiations, coordinate with internal teams, and manage milestones to ensure cost-effective, scalable data center expansion while supporting Google's growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
• 6 years of experience in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, construction, and site selection for industrial-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify locations and sites for Google's data centers and establish agreements with landowners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, provide status reports, and advocate financial metrics for site and infrastructure decisions.
• Manage growth strategy for existing regions/sites and develop portfolio management metrics.
