Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client and architect relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitors project activity, schedules and spending to ensure timely, quality completion.
• Prepares and reviews project reports and schedules according to company guidelines.
• Facilitates weekly status meetings with owner, vendors, subcontractors and others.
• Conducts internal staff meetings to share information on safety, policies and expectations.
• Reviews bid documents and procurement, and oversees subcontractor qualifications and takeoffs.
• Reviews invoices, approves payments, and ensures timely client payments.
