Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre-construction development on owned sites, steward entitlements, finalize provider agreements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure for data center projects.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with local jurisdictions and utilities, and drive on-time, on-budget site operations through asset end-of-life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs ensuring campuses are development ready.
• Lead liaison with utility providers to secure capacity for data center developments.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
