Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager within the Data Center Land Development team to lead pre-construction development on owned sites. You will manage land-use entitlements, finalize provider agreements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to ensure sites operate on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
Support civil, utility, and building construction programs ensuring campuses are development ready and aligned with schedules.
Serve as the lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy.
Manage all development activities to meet or exceed infrastructure delivery schedules.
