Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager within the Data Center Land Development team to lead pre-construction on owned sites and secure entitlements and provider agreements.

You will coordinate off-site infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver land development on schedule, within budget, and at full capacity for Google's data center footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs, ensuring timely, cost-effective terms.
• Support civil, utility, and building programs to align campuses with schedules.
• Lead liaison with local and national utility providers to secure capacity for planned developments.
• Manage development activities to consistently meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
