Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre-construction development on owned sites, manage land-use entitlements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to ensure on-time delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, coordinate with local jurisdictions and utility partners, and drive long-term operational success across data center projects.

This role blends strategic negotiation with hands-on project execution, offering exposure to high-scale infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs, ensuring timely, cost-effective extensions with firm capacity and terms.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs by ensuring campuses are development ready and aligned with schedules; coordinate zoning, entitlements, easements, environmental mitigations, permitting, and grid/traffic studies.
• Serve as lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy; facilitate negotiations between internal teams and external partners to secure necessary capacity for planned data center developments.
• Manage all development activities to meet or exceed infrastructure delivery schedules as determined by capacity planning teams.
