Job summary

Fermi America is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to own delivery for all data center buildings within an assigned tenant account. You will manage scope, cost, and schedule, and serve as Fermi's delivery representative to the tenant.

This is an owner-side role demanding decisive leadership, coordination with design-build partners, and responsibility for milestones, budgeting, and turnover to operations. A PMP and senior-experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ownership of delivery for data center buildings from contract award through turnover.
• Proven ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and commercial position.
• Strong experience with owner-contrator relationships and change-order processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all buildings within the assigned tenant account through delivery lifecycle.
• Own sequencing and prioritization across concurrent buildings and allocate shared resources.
• Drive standardization and repeatability across the account using proven design packages.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan and risk register.
• Lead commissioning, turnover to operations, and handover to facility operations.
