Job summary

Velcro USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven business development professional to drive new business, specify Velcro data center solutions, and expand revenue with hyperscalers such as Google, AWS and Meta.

The role requires a strong technical background in data centers, a proven record in complex sales, and willingness to travel 50–70% across major US regions including Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in business development technical sales in data centers, networking, or infrastructure markets.
• Proven success with hyperscalers and system integrators.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70%.

Responsibilities

• Drive specification of Velcro products into hyperscaler data center projects and large enterprise deployments.
• Identify, qualify, and win new business with hyperscalers, integrators, OEMs, and distributors.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies aligned to revenue and margin objectives.
• Consult with engineers, architects, and procurement teams to leverage Velcro portfolio.
• Build partnering relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration to grow opportunities.
