Job summary

Velcro USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven business development professional to drive new specifications in data center architectures and grow revenue with hyperscalers and partners in the Atlanta area.

The role emphasizes leveraging Velcro's broad portfolio of hook and loop solutions, guiding technical conversations with engineers, procurement, and partners, and shaping account plans to meet revenue and margin objectives. Travel of 50-70% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years in business development technical sales or product specification in data centers, networking or infrastructure markets.
Proven success with hyperscalers and system integrators.
Strong technical knowledge of data center systems.
Travel required 50%–70%.

Responsibilities

Drive specification of our products into hyperscaler data center projects and large enterprise deployments.
Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities with hyperscalers, integrators, OEMs and distributors.
Develop account plans and growth strategies aligned to corporate revenue and margin objectives.
Consult with engineers, architects and procurement teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain active CRM activity for pipeline, quotes and contracts.
