Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States seeks a Group Account Manager for the Meta - Data Center Segment to develop and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and address customer issues while contributing market insights. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across ABB's global segments, with a remote work model and travel about 25% domestically and internationally;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years selling in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, value adding solutions.
• Ensures compliance with ABB's values, safety standards, and code of conduct while applying consistent sales processes and tools.
• Strengthens longterm customer relationships and fosters cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and competitive awareness.
