Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned Group Account Manager for Meta - Data Center Segment to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, resolve issues, and contribute insights on market price trends. The role supports cross-functional collaboration across ABB, with a remote working model and travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years selling in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.
• Ability to work cross functionally across other business areas and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills and a relationship first mindset. Must be comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, value adding solutions.
