Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science with 3+ years in business, analytics or operations.

• Experience applying Lean-Agile frameworks to manage a book of work.
• Consulting orientation with strong client engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence partners.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
• Apply structured problem-solving skills to address top strategic priorities.
• Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions.
• Prepare executive communication materials and present project analyses to senior executives.
• Maintain controls mindset to ensure compliance with risk and controls processes.
• Drive day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda.
• Utilize organization and planning to prioritize tasks and resolve challenges.
• Understands leader's intent and takes initiative in absence of detailed instructions.
