• 3–5 years in management or internal consulting supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems with recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive storytelling.
• Synthesize large information into concise narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead well-defined workstreams on cross-functional strategic initiatives as an internal consultant.
• Translate strategy, stakeholder needs, and analytical insights into clear problem statements and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with analytics, data, technology, and business teams to develop a strong fact base and key drivers.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends and risks.
• Develop executive-ready materials that articulate insights and tradeoffs.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align on objectives and success criteria.
• Influence outcomes by building credibility and relationships.
• Operate in ambiguous spaces, refining scope as information emerges.
• Manage timelines and deliverables, escalating risks as needed.
