Job summary

Responsibilities include managing high-priority projects, delivering executive-level analyses, monitoring industry trends, and coaching team members to foster excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firms and/or another internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems using quantitative, analytical and conceptual approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Proven track record in leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts and ability to translate technical ideas for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex problems at the forefront of data and AI in financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to refine firmwide AI and data strategy.
