Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Project Manager II in its HR Data and Analytics team to drive operational excellence and strategic execution. You will partner with senior leadership, blend program management with governance, and ensure initiatives align with business strategy and are delivered efficiently.

You will oversee complex projects, manage budgets, and establish PM standards while communicating via dashboards and executive summaries to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing budgets and governance processes.
• Ability to implement data-driven decisions and AI/BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR Data and Analytics leadership, supporting decision-making.
• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects using data analytics.
• Develop budgets, forecast performance, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee governance, risk, issue resolution, and change control.
• Develop and maintain PM methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Prepare status reports and executive summaries for senior management.
• Define objectives, key results, and monitor metrics.
• Identify process improvements and promote automation.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Foster collaboration, delegate tasks, and encourage innovation.
• Support HR Data and Analytics people strategy.
• Build relationships across internal functions to align efforts.
