Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) Strategy team in New York. The role supports strategy initiatives across AI-enabled data initiatives, engaging senior leaders and diverse functions to shape the firm's data and AI direction.

You will lead high-priority strategy projects, develop executive-level analyses, monitor industry trends, and coach team members, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation within a leading financial

Qualifications

5+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy group.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, both written and oral, for executive audiences.
Proven ability to lead strategy engagements and coach team members.
Familiarity with AI and data concepts with ability to translate to business insights.

Responsibilities

Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing data and AI in financial services, enabling business outcomes.
Develop executive-level strategy documents and analyses on AI/data priorities.
Monitor industry trends and refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
Lead strategy project teams and collaborate across functions.
Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster excellence and innovation.
