Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or internal consulting supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems and present options.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or transformation programs.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving with ability to synthesize data into executive narratives.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, undefined environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience partnering with analytics, data, technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead well-defined workstreams on cross-functional strategic initiatives as an internal consultant.
• Translate strategy and insights into clear problem statements, options, and recommendations.
• Partner with analytics, data, technology, and business teams to build a solid fact base.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop executive ready presentations that articulate insights, tradeoffs, and paths forward.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify objectives and success criteria.
• Influence outcomes by building credibility and strong working relationships.
• Operate in ambiguous spaces, refining scope as new information emerges.
• Manage timelines and dependencies, escalating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy leaders and project team members to drive initiatives to completion.
