Job summary

The role requires strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud experience, with a track record of leading complex analytics initiatives and guiding projects from concept to delivery. This on-site position offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Project(s) experience: Experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management in an educational/project., Required
• 6+ years in Experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business. Experience working in a cloud environment., Required
• 4+ years in Works in an individual contributor role as a key member of the team that others rely on., Required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products to support executive leadership and key strategic initiatives.
• Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses across Ryder business units, including sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation, and other initiatives.
• Establish and reinforce best practices for data accuracy and integrity, and act as technical leader for data assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems and tools.
