Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics initiatives for the Marketing team and broader business.

You will translate large data sources into actionable insights, design scalable reporting and analytical solutions, and lead workstreams from concept through delivery. The role requires advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, and data visualization skills, with experience in data governance, and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent; Required
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent; Preferred
6+ years in Applied Projects and data management; Required
6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; Required
4+ years in an individual contributor role; Required

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytics products supporting executive leadership.
Develop scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments.
Conduct customer and market analyses to inform Marketing strategy and decision making.
Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance across data assets.
Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems.
