Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Projects and digital transformation in data management, Required
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud environment, Required
• 4+ years in individual contributor role as a key team member, Required

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership; own project planning and ad hoc reporting guidance
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments; manage workstreams and timelines
• Lead customer and market analyses across Ryder units, including sizing, share analysis, growth trends and segmentation
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity; act as technical leader and steward of data assets
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation and analysis from multiple systems to enable complex analytics
