Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytical initiatives across Marketing and the business, translating large data sources into actionable insights. You will lead dashboards, data integrations, and reporting frameworks while guiding projects from concept to delivery.

The role requires advanced SQL, Python, PowerBI experience, and the ability to engage stakeholders across IT and business units to improve data processes and analytics capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of complex query writing using SQL; joining tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, analytical functions.
• Familiarity with Python, PowerBI, R, DataBricks and related tools for analytics.
• Experience working across Marketing, Sales, IT and other units to drive insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytic products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments; manage associated workstreams and timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance; act as data steward for assets.
• Coordinate data acquisition, cleaning, validation, and integration from multiple systems to enable advanced analysis.
