Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytical initiatives for the Marketing team and broader business.

You will design and deliver dashboards and analytical products, guide projects from concept through delivery, and collaborate with IT, Sales, and other units to translate insights into business actions. The role requires extensive SQL, Python, and data visualization skills, high attention to data quality, and experience in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects, with experience in digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud environment experience.
• 4+ years as a key individual contributor within a data/analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Conduct customer and market analyses—sizing, share, growth trends, segmentation to support Marketing strategy.
• Establish data accuracy standards, audits, and quality checks; guide data assets and analytics infrastructure.
• Oversee data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems.
