Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Projects (digital transformation, data management).
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud environment experience.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments with consistency and usability.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses across Ryder units to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and audits; steward data assets and infrastructure.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems and tools.
