Job summary

SH/FT seeks a forward-thinking Data & Analytics Engineer to design and maintain enterprise marketing data models and semantic layers. You’ll bridge business strategy and technical execution, partnering with clients to translate goals into scalable warehouse-native data infrastructure.

You’ll lead AI-ready data readiness, cross-system pipelines, and governance, shaping how marketing data powers autonomous agents on modern cloud platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture.
• 2+ years in client-facing or strategic lead roles.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical specifications and architectures.
• Interest in agentic AI and how data models support autonomous workflows.
• Certifications in Databricks/Snowflake are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data models, semantic layers, and warehouse architectures.
• Architect AI-ready context layers for AI/LLM-driven engines and autonomous agents.
• Develop scalable metadata, taxonomy, and business glossaries across marketing channels.
• Build identity resolution and bridge tables across CRM IDs and touchpoints.
• Lead cross-system data pipelines to unify marketing metadata and activation models.
• Implement data governance and cataloging for secure self-service analytics.
