Job summary

SH/FT is a consulting partner focused on transforming marketing, data and technology for leading brands. This Data & Analytics Engineer role demands architecting semantic layers, designing AI-ready data models, and leading cross-system data pipelines in a remote US context.

You will work with clients to translate business goals into scalable warehouse-native infrastructure, leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data-stack tooling to power autonomous agents and insights.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture experience.
2+ years in client-facing, consultative, or strategic lead roles.
Ability to translate business goals into technical architectures and present solutions to stakeholders.
Experience designing production pipelines and semantic data models on cloud data platforms.
Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech), CDPs, and reverse ETL tools.
Knowledge of identity resolution modeling and multi-dimensional schemas.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to map business goals to data engineering solutions and semantic layers.
Architect data readiness for AI and autonomous agents across cloud warehouses and activation platforms.
Design scalable data models and taxonomy to support marketing channels.
Build identity resolution models and bridge tables across CRM IDs and touchpoints.
Lead cross-system pipeline integration for unified marketing metadata and real-time telemetry.
Implement data governance, glossaries, and cataloging for secure self-service analytics.
