Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI-native Senior Marketing Systems Architect to shape the data and systems foundation of Marketing Operations. You will design across Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and the broader MarTech stack to ensure scalable integrations and robust data governance.

You’ll drive segmentation and lead routing architectures, optimize lifecycle workflows, and collaborate with GTM and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-ready marketing solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Ops, or related technical field.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and Marketo in enterprise environments.
• Experience with marketing data architecture, system integrations, APIs, SQL, and troubleshooting complex data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Marketing Ops data architecture across Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, Hightouch, Clay.
• Own the Marketo-to-Snowflake data sync: audit mappings, identify gaps, remediate with Data Engineering.
• Redesign segmentation architecture for consistent, scalable audience definitions across regions.
