Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Senior Marketing Systems Architect to build the data and systems foundation for Marketing Operations, designing scalable architectures, ensuring reliable integrations, and enabling AI-powered marketing. This role is hands-on and focuses on solving complex data and system challenges across MarTech platforms.

You will own the Marketo-to-Snowflake sync, redesign segmentation, improve lead routing and lifecycle governance, and collaborate with GTM Eng and Data Eng to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related technical field.
• Expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and enterprise MarTech platforms.
• Experience with marketing data architecture, APIs, SQL, and data flows.
• Experience designing segmentation, lifecycle, and lead routing at scale.
• Hands-on experience reverse ETL or CDP platform.
• Familiarity with Snowflake data platforms and data warehousing.
• Experience partnering with GTM Eng, Data Eng, or Product Eng teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Marketing Operations data architecture across platforms.
• Own Marketo-to-Snowflake data sync: audit mappings and remediation.
• Redesign segmentation for consistency across regions.
• Improve lead routing and lifecycle workflows and governance.
• Lead MarTech stack health, rationalization, and renewal readiness.
• Partner with GTM Eng and Data Eng to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and data quality issues.
• Establish standards and governance to enable automation and AI.
