Qualifications

• 2+ years of cybersecurity and/or technology recruiting experience.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll or ATS tools.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking in talent acquisition.

• Own the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Attract passive and active talent and build relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and define requirements.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
