Job summary

SES is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across global markets, with emphasis on technical STEM roles. You will design talent strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive candidate experiences to support rapid growth.

You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and act as an ambassador for SES’s culture, events, and employer branding, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from cradle to grave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in global environments.
• Experience recruiting STEM/technology roles and corporate/leadership positions.
• Ability to manage 15-20 requisitions concurrently with high-quality outcomes.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse sourcing methodologies.
• Experience building employer brand partnerships and using events for talent attraction.

Responsibilities

• Design recruitment processes and talent strategies for key technical areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand future team needs and build recruitment plans.
• Full cycle recruitment: intake calls, posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Build relationships with candidates, colleagues, and leaders with data-driven insights.
• Be the company brand ambassador and promote SES culture at events and universities.
