Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enters and processes sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reviews pricing on orders to ensure alignment with quotes and pricing policies.
• Receives, addresses, resolves, and responds to customer complaints, inquiries, and interactions in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with Sales team, Production Control, Shipping, and Materials to ensure customer needs and requirements are met.
• Escalates issues to appropriate resource as needed.
• Preemptively identifies issues and suggests ways to solve.
• Contributes to continuous improvement projects within function.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
