You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to meet commitments and drive customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes data integrity, proactive communication, and efficient use of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to support end-to-end order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service, customer account management, supply chain, or order management experience.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, SharePoint, and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned customer portfolios and customer commitments; primary accountability for execution and fulfillment.
• Serves as the main contact for customer requirements, inquiries, and service communications.
• Coordinates activities across Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Monitors commitments, identifies risks, and resolves routine issues to support satisfaction.
• Maintains data integrity and prepares required reports.
