Kontakt.io builds AI-powered real-time operational intelligence for health systems. We are seeking a Customer Success leader to own post-deployment success for national healthcare customers and to drive adoption, ROI, renewals and expansion. This role is remote with about 30-40% travel to customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, TAS, Hardware Ops and Marketing, and be the voice of the customer for product and roadmap decisions that shape our platform.

Responsabilités

• Own post-deployment success for strategic national healthcare customers.
• Drive adoption, measurable ROI, renewals, and expansion.
• Contribute to scalable, ROI-driven CS practices and playbooks.
• Work with Sales, Product, TAS, Hardware Ops, and Marketing.
• Be the voice of the customer for product and roadmap decisions.
