We are seeking a Customer Success leader to own post-deployment success for national healthcare customers and to drive adoption, ROI, renewals and expansion. This role is remote with about 30-40% travel to customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, TAS, Hardware Ops and Marketing, and be the voice of the customer for product and roadmap decisions that shape our platform.
