Next Chapter Technology is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help public-sector clients achieve outcomes with CaseWorks. You will build trusted relationships with executives, IT, and end users, develop success plans, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You will monitor health metrics, identify risks, and partner with Sales and Solutions to expand adoption and renewals, while ensuring clear communication and value delivery.

Competenze

• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and retention for SaaS products.
• Familiarity with government health programs (GovTech/HHS) is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
