Job summary

SwiftComply is seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to own relationships with a select portfolio, drive retention and revenue growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results for public-sector customers.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage renewals, pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities, lead executive engagements with utilities and city or county leaders, and align product, support, and services to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS or compliance.
• A proven track record of driving renewal, retention and expansion.
• Experience selling professional services and managing handoffs to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans and manage renewals to minimize churn.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand services.
• Coordinate with services and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide customer insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
