Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
• AZ-900 and AB-900 certifications completed within first 90 days in role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their product/service lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Act as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for success and renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners for positive experience.
