Job summary

SHI International Corp. in New Jersey seeks a Customer Success Manager - Microsoft to onboard customers, guide them through their lifecycle, and drive retention and growth through CSRs and SME expertise.

You will analyze consumption reports, coordinate with sales and internal teams, manage service delivery workflows, and ensure a positive experience for customers and partners, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 29 years in a technical, business, or sales role (contextual)
• Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience.
• AZ-900 and AB-900 certifications completed within 90 days in role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX for ERP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through their product/service lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage, roadmaps, and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling opportunities.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Support project teams to ensure successful delivery and synchronization of service projects.
