SHI International Corp. is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value across SHI’s digital commerce ecosystem.

You will serve as the primary digital advocate for a defined sales segment and customer portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to accelerate onboarding and maximize platform adoption. The role blends customer success, digital enablement, and account management, including configurations, portal

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2-4 years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
Experience with customer onboarding, enablement, adoption management, or customer lifecycle programs.
Knowledge of SHI One, SHI.com, and related digital commerce technologies (cXML, OCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding for SHI One and related digital platforms.
Develop adoption strategies to increase active users and self-service transactions.
Deliver customer trainings, webinars, and onboarding workshops.
Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering to align requirements and launch readiness.
