Job summary
Formic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary advisor for our manufacturing customers, visiting sites, guiding adoption of robotic automation, and coordinating with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams for successful outcomes. You will monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, and help drive renewals with a consultative, outcome-driven approach.
This role requires travel ~30% and a current driver’s license.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations roles.
- Familiarity with robotic automation systems in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar.
- Ability to travel ~30% and hold a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary consultative partner and point of contact for assigned customers.
- Conduct site visits and regular consultations to ensure satisfaction with deployed robotic automation systems.
- Monitor customer health and engagement; mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, and Service teams to guide customers through their automation journey.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and feedback into product offerings.
