Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field; packaging knowledge preferred.
• Experience with project management and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RFQ process: spec material, collect customer information, maintain quote log.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic customers and sales staff.
• Provide prompt communication to meet order expectations with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations and present quotes; review costing and invoicing against quotes.
• Track multiple projects through development, production, and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
