Job summary

Solve IMG is seeking a Strategic Customer Solutions Specialist to support our strategic customers by offering knowledgeable solutions and troubleshooting product issues. You will consult with top customers to understand their business and recommend product options, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and OEM Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless sales lifecycle.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, with intermediate MS Office experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service by listening attentively to customer’s needs, and effectively communicate the best applicable solution via phone or email
• Manage customer accounts through the full sales cycle, including consistent customer check‑ins and order updates
• Enter and create sales orders upon receipt of customer purchase orders, advise on future product forecasting
• Prepare accurate price quotes including shipping charges and delivery dates
• Stay current with product knowledge to advise customers on best options
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding adjustments, returns, credits or shipment tracking
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify the best customer solutions
• Establish relationships with a consultative approach and assist in product selection
• Set‑up client accounts in our CRM and maintain client information
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers on account requests
