The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of direct customer engagement experience, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and strong Word/Excel and database skills.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct customer engagement experience.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially Word/Excel and database management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and maintain communication with prospective clients via phone and email.
• Assist with organization of trade shows and sales events.
• Learn industry, products and processes to articulate our value proposition.
• Assist the sales and other departments as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
