Job summary

Teradata Corporation (SE) is seeking a Customer Solution Architect (CSA) to lead strategic, customer-facing technical engagements that expand Teradata ecosystems. You will blend data architecture, analytics, AI, and cloud expertise to influence adoption, drive value, and advance ARR through proactive engagement and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI/ML trends including generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in pre-sales or delivery roles.
• Must have experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Teradata differentiators and the competitive landscape.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations from technical leads to executives.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and scoping to progress growth opportunities and ARR.
• Demonstrate value realization of Teradata solutions through ongoing customer engagement.
• Develop technical collateral, POVs, and hands-on engagements tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to align Teradata platform with long-term strategies.
