Job summary

Sigma is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Manager to bridge customers and the commercial organization. You will drive service excellence, support sales growth, and improve operational efficiency across retail, foodservice, wholesale, club, convenience, and distributor channels.

You will lead Customer Service and Sales Support teams, manage pricing files, contracts, reports, and KPIs, while partnering with multiple departments to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing industry experience.
• 1 year in a leadership or manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, allocations, backorders, order tracking, and issue resolution to maintain high service levels.
• Support National Account Managers and Sales Leadership with pricing, item setup, promotions, contracts, reports, and commissions programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service and Sales Support staff with performance goals and training plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to execute business plans.
• Maintain customer records, pricing files, documentation, policies, and compliance with company requirements.
