Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics seeks a Strategic Customer Quality Leader to be the primary NA customer-facing quality representative, managing executive relationships, resolving critical issues, and protecting the business from financial exposure while ensuring commitments are met.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Legal to align on risk, warranty, and liability strategies, build long-term OEM partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or customer-facing manufacturing roles.
• Experience supporting major OEM customers.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication abilities.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
• Ability to balance quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level customer quality relationships.
• Manage major customer escalations and field issues.
• Negotiate warranty, claims, and liability matters.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive alignment across functions to meet customer commitments.
• Develop strategies that strengthen customer confidence while protecting company interests.
• Anticipate risks before they become customer issues.
• Build long-term partnerships with key OEM customers.
