Job summary

Pentair is seeking a senior leader to drive quality strategy and governance across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, and Service. You will own enterprise quality programs, define leading indicators, and ensure system-wide adherence to standards while balancing governance with empowerment.

You will influence senior leaders, lead cross-functional reviews, and steer corrective actions to reduce risk and improve reliability. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality leadership, governance, or systems roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support business objectives and customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience leading quality governance, compliance, or enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, risk escalation & corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s quality vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Lead the quality management system deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, reliability, and yield.
• Own and deploy quality programs and establish compliance frameworks.
• Drive a culture of quality and partner with leaders to embed quality-first decision making.
