Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics designs and manufactures innovative hydraulic systems and is seeking a Strategic Customer Quality Leader to serve as the primary customer-facing quality representative for North America from Sturtevant, WI.

You will manage executive-level relationships, lead critical issue resolution, protect the business from financial exposure, and ensure commitments are delivered, while influencing multiple functions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or customer-facing manufacturing roles.
• Experience supporting major OEM customers.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication abilities.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
• Ability to balance quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

This is much more than a traditional Quality role.

As our Strategic Customer Quality Leader, you'll serve as the primary customer-facing quality representative for North America, managing executive-level customer relationships, leading critical issue resolution, protecting the business from unnecessary financial exposure, and ensuring our organization delivers on its commitments.
