Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Product Quality Manager (CPQM) to lead customer quality initiatives for key accounts. You will work with customer focal points, account executives, and BU Quality leaders to drive corrective actions and ensure top-tier quality performance.

The role prioritizes on-site collaboration with manufacturing and design teams. You will establish quality metrics, coordinate containment actions, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer quality, operations, supplier management, or related areas.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma training.
• Experience in mature manufacturing environments with strong quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality initiatives and coordinate with customer focal points and internal teams.
• Develop and track 8D and other corrective action plans.
• Establish customer quality metrics and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate on-site quality reviews, visits, and audits with customers.
